Story #2: Lately, I Have Been Spending My Time…

Lately, I’ve been spending most of my free time cooking. Cooking is one of my favorite hobbies and pastimes(Noun)an activity that someone does regularly for enjoyment rather than work; a hobby..

Many of my best memories are cooking with my mom or friends. Recently, I have been experimenting with tofu. So far, I have tried a typicalusual, normal, ordinary. tofu fried rice, but this week I have been branching out(Phrasal Verb) open up, diversify to incorporateblend, mix. tofu into other cuisines. I cooked a nice pasta dish on Monday with tomato sauce, mushrooms, and artichoke.

On top of this, I put some baked tofu that I marinatedsoak (meat, fish, or other food) in a marinade. in Italian herbs.

It turned out so delicious.
